I wanna be a mod because I've always wanted to be staff on a server. I believe I can improve the server and get more people to join it and play actively

7.How will you improve StacikSMP? 50 words or +

I will always be friendly and I will always be there for anyone that needs me. If I have permission from higher authority I'll host events every week or so to keep the playerbase active and happy

8.How will you act to normal members?

I will be very chilled out and ask how everyones day is going making sure everyone's good and helping when they need help

9.Situation: If a staff member insults your work, how will you react?

I will ask them how I can improve and I will try to improve my work

10.Situation: If a member just joins and spams, what punishment will you give?

I'll warn them and if they continue after the warning I'll mute them

11.Situation: A player said a swear word (not slur), what will you do?

I'll tell them not to swear too much but let them know that it's allowed moderately

12.Situation: A player sets off xray alerts, what will you do?

I will go into vanish and spectate them, if it turns out they are xraying I will ban them

13.Situation: A player sets off a lot of anticheat alerts, what will you do? same thing as I would do with the xray

14.Situation:A staff member abuses their power, what will you do? I will alert higher authority as I may not be able to do much about it
