6.Why do you want to be a mod?  I love to help people any chance i get, and I've been playing for many years so I know a lot about servers and minecraft. I have been mods and Admins on many servers before and I have lots of experience using all of the commands and such. I also have a deep hatred for hackers because they are just so unfair, So I would be very vigilant in catching and reporting them. This server seems interesting and I would love to help it grow. I also have lots of free time so i would be very active.

7.How will you improve StacikSMP? 50 words or + I will help moderate the chat so it is a better experience for players. I would also help new players understand the mechanic of the server and minecraft. In addition to all of that i would help the higher staff if they need anything and be very active on forums and in chat. I will always create a positive space for the players to play in.

8.How will you act to normal members? I will always be nice and try my best to help them.

9.Situation: If a staff member insults your work, how will you react? I would screengrab and report it to HiImHero or Stacik.

10.Situation: If a member just joins and spams, what punishment will you give? Screengrab and mute.

11.Situation: A player said a swear word (not slur), what will you do? nothing unless its excessive then I warn.

12.Situation: A player sets off xray alerts, what will you do? Go into vanish and then watch them while screen recording for evidence to give to higher mods, and then report the evidence if they are xraying. 

13.Situation: A player sets off a lot of anticheat alerts, what will you do? I would go into vanish and follow them around to see if they arent just bugging out. If they are hacking I screenreecord and then report it to higher staff .

14.Situation:A staff member abuses their power, what will you do? Screen record and report to higher staff.
